Linda Evans, CKD
is a Designer and
Estimator for Square Deal
Remodeling Company. With 25 years of
experience in interior design and 15 years of experience
in kitchen and bath design, as well as home remodeling
experience, Linda's philosophy is to create a
environment that is inviting and expressive of the
client's personality and lifestyle. Her design work has
been featured in "The Oregonian" and
was published in "Better Homes and Garden"
magazine in the year 2000. She is also the 2004
Outstanding Remodeling Achievement Award Winner in the Green Building
Remodeling Category. Winner
of the Region 6 Residential Kitchen $60,001 to $100,000 Category for the
2005 Contractor of the Year.

 Karen Sedwick, CKD, CBD Designer - Sales Associate

Karen Sedwick, CKD, CBD,
joined Square Deal Remodeling Co. in 2004 as a Designer/Sales Associate.
Karen has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and returned
to school for an Associate degree in Interior Design. She earned her
Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer accreditation from the National
Kitchen and Bath Association in 2003, and is an active member of the
local chapter of the NKBA. Karen enjoys the challenge of analyzing a
client's lifestyle to design a space meeting both the functional and
emotional needs of the client. Winner of 2006 Best Bath Remodel under
$29K and 2006 Best Bath Remodel over $25K Category.
