"Christmas is done and New Year's approaches. There is
now time to do some 'catch
up'. We continue to enjoy the remodel, particularly the laundry
room. The area is super for staging and arranging flowers (also
great for clothes folding, through not as fun!) We used the room
as a 'bar' for a holiday party which worked so well that some
guests were difficult to move out of.

"Our
family of four was struggling to cope with a single, tiny, dark
and moldy bathroom when we contacted Square Deal about providing
a bid for remodeling. At the time, we hoped to have two
bathrooms: one utilizing a sloped-ceiling closet on the second floor, and the other overhauling the existing bathroom. Square
Deal designed and built two efficient and elegant bathrooms out
of the ridiculously small spaces we had available.
Throughout
the project, the Square Deal Guys (as we began to affectionately
call the whole crew) were conscientious, careful, and highly customer-oriented. Sure there were the usual array of glitches,
but each was attended to as needed to have satisfactory
resolution. Within our budget, we were able to use materials we
had previously only dreamt about; each room came together
wonderfully.
The
bathrooms have received rave reviews from our friends and
neighbors!"

Wonderful Designer - Especially the ceiling, which is one
of our favorite parts of the overall remodel. The bathroom is
spectacular due primarily (I think) to the tile person - the man
is an artist (or for Ed who I know speaks French,
"artiste"). All of your subs were First Rate. However,
the electricians were hard working, polite and terrific. Your
own employees were also first rate - neat, reliable dependable -
we were very impressed. Ed: Excellent job of communicating and
very patient in explaining simple and complicated issues to a
woman who has a hard time putting together cardboard boxes
(spatially
challenged, to say the least).
Overall
for as big of a job as this was, the process was relatively
painless. We would recommend you!"
