In this initial conversation, we’ll determine if we’re a good fit for one another and schedule a free in-home consultation. During this on-site visit, we’ll cover several topics, including:

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

With a design agreement in hand, we will measure your space and begin preparing a number of design concepts for your review. Once the basic form of the space is decided, you will begin selecting materials. From these choices, a real-world budget comes into focus.

FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT

After we’ve defined the project elements and you’re comfortable with the budget, a fixed-price contract is signed and a detailed construction schedule is developed with your approval. Our team will also manage all necessary permits, engineering requirements, and code-related issues.

CONSTRUCTION

Now it’s time to see your long-awaited project take shape. Our entire crew will be focused on managing timelines, keeping a tidy work area, and being respectful to your neighborhood. Your Project Manager will act as a single point of contact for day-to-day activities, feedback, and any concerns. They will closely monitor the pace and progress of your project with regular, transparent communication.

FINAL WALK-THROUGH

Your project is complete when we’ve performed a final walk-through with you and we’ve executed our comprehensive punch list. We stand by our services and provide a two-year warranty on our work.
