About this Award Winning Space

This understated yet luxurious kitchen space was part of a larger remodel project that won the 2023 NARI CotY Residential Entire House award for the 250k-500k range. The home’s existing kitchen was outdated and lacked counter space and functional appliances. By moving the stove to the refrigerator wall, adjusting the position of the sink, and adding contemporary finishes like the elegant tile flooring, we transformed the space into a functional and beautiful oasis for cooking and spending time with friends and family.
